Tasks
Follow-up tasks for your team — a due date, an owner and the contact or deal it's about — with an email reminder when each one is due.
PurposeNever miss a follow-up: tasks with a due date, an owner and the lead they belong to.
How to use
- 1Open CRM → Tasks and type what needs doing, e.g. Call about the proposal.
- 2Pick the due date and time, the contact it's about, and who owns it.
- 3Click Add task — the owner gets an email reminder when it's due.
- 4Tick the circle when it's done; it's logged on the contact's timeline.
- 5Switch between To do and Done, or Everyone and Mine, to see your list.
Use caseSet "call Priya on Friday at 11am" right after a demo, assign it to a teammate, and tick it off when it's done.
