PurposeThe form builder to add fields, arrange them, configure each, and publish the form.

How to use
- 1Add fields from the left palette by clicking a field type.
- 2Drag or use arrows to reorder fields on the canvas.
- 3Select a field to edit its title, type, options, and Required toggle.
- 4Rename the form and click Publish to make it live.
Use caseAdd and arrange question fields, mark some required, then publish the form to start collecting.
