These Terms govern your use of Skyfliq ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

You're responsible for your account, keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under it. You must provide accurate information and be authorized to manage any social accounts you connect.

2. Connected platforms

Skyfliq lets you connect third-party platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, WhatsApp, Google and others) to publish, schedule and manage content. You must comply with each platform's terms and policies. We act only on the actions you initiate and the permissions you grant.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service for spam, harassment, illegal content, or to violate any platform's rules.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• You own the content you create; you grant us the rights needed to publish it on your behalf.

4. Service availability

We work to keep Skyfliq reliable but provide it "as is" without warranties. Third-party APIs may change or be unavailable, which can affect features.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skyfliq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from third-party platforms.

6. Termination

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
