Skyfliq ("we", "us") provides an all-in-one platform to manage social media — publishing, scheduling, inbox, analytics and more. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Skyfliq you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email, and password (stored securely) when you sign up.
• Workspace & content — posts, drafts, captions, media and schedules you create in Skyfliq.
• Connected accounts — when you connect a platform (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, WhatsApp, YouTube, etc.), we store the access tokens and basic profile details (username, profile picture, page/account IDs) needed to act on your behalf.
• Usage data — basic logs and analytics to operate and improve the service.

2. How we use your information

• To publish and schedule content to the platforms you connect, at your request.
• To show analytics, your published posts, and unified messages/inbox.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To provide support and improve our features.

3. Third-party platforms

Skyfliq connects to third-party APIs (Meta/Instagram/Facebook/Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, WhatsApp, Google/YouTube and others). We only access and use the data and permissions you explicitly grant, and only to perform the actions you initiate. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your data.

4. Google user data

When you connect a Google service, Skyfliq asks only for the permissions that feature needs, and uses the data only to provide that feature to you:

• YouTube — upload the videos you choose, set their title, description and visibility, read your channel name and picture, and show how your videos perform. We don't upload anything you didn't ask us to.
• Google Business Profile — publish the posts you create to the business locations you manage and show your profile's reviews and performance.
• Google Calendar — create meeting events for bookings you accept and check your availability so people can't book times you're busy.
• Google Search Console — read your site's search performance (queries, clicks, impressions) so you can see it in Skyfliq and ask our assistant, Flit, for SEO suggestions.
• Google Ads — read your campaign results to show them in your Skyfliq reports.

We don't sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. When you ask Flit about your Google data (for example your Search Console results), the relevant data is sent to our AI provider only to answer that request. Google access tokens are kept in our secure database, and are deleted when you disconnect the service or delete your account.

Skyfliq's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Skyfliq uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. You can disconnect Google services in Skyfliq under Settings → Connections at any time, or revoke Skyfliq's access from your Google Account security settings.

5. Data storage & security

Access tokens and account data are stored in our secure database and transmitted over HTTPS. We restrict access to authorized systems and personnel. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

6. Data retention & deletion

You can disconnect any platform at any time, which removes its stored tokens. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below, or by using a connected platform's app-removal/data-deletion flow. We delete data we no longer need to provide the service.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the service, and basic analytics cookies to understand usage.

8. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with an updated date.
