Skyfliq ("we", "us") provides an all-in-one platform to manage social media — publishing, scheduling, inbox, analytics and more. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using Skyfliq you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email, and password (stored securely) when you sign up.
• Workspace & content — posts, drafts, captions, media and schedules you create in Skyfliq.
• Connected accounts — when you connect a platform (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, WhatsApp, YouTube, etc.), we store the access tokens and basic profile details (username, profile picture, page/account IDs) needed to act on your behalf.
• Usage data — basic logs and analytics to operate and improve the service.

2. How we use your information

• To publish and schedule content to the platforms you connect, at your request.
• To show analytics, your published posts, and unified messages/inbox.
• To authenticate you and keep your account secure.
• To provide support and improve our features.

3. Third-party platforms

Skyfliq connects to third-party APIs (Meta/Instagram/Facebook/Threads, LinkedIn, Pinterest, WhatsApp, Google/YouTube and others). We only access and use the data and permissions you explicitly grant, and only to perform the actions you initiate. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not sell your data.

4. Data storage & security

Access tokens and account data are stored in our secure database and transmitted over HTTPS. We restrict access to authorized systems and personnel. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

5. Data retention & deletion

You can disconnect any platform at any time, which removes its stored tokens. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email below, or by using a connected platform's app-removal/data-deletion flow. We delete data we no longer need to provide the service.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to operate the service, and basic analytics cookies to understand usage.

7. Your rights

Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete your personal data. Contact us to exercise these rights.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll post the new version here with an updated date.
